The Plan identifies federal\, state and local resources used\, housing activities undertaken\, HUD's an d ARHA's policy changes\, Capital Funds\, Development activities\, and So cial Services programs during the one-year period represented by ARHA's F iscal Year 2011-2012.\n\nThe ARHA's Five-Year Action Plan identifies Asse t Management\, Capital Funds and Community Development activities to be u ndertaken to address other needs and priorities established during the 20 13 - 2017 and the One-Year Action Plan during 2013 program year. The Plan submission to HUD\, which includes the ARHA's application for Capital Fu nds based on the most current physical needs assessment\, will take place on or before October 15\, 2012.\n\nDuring the public hearing\, staff fro m the ARHA's Asset Management\, Modernization\, Social Services\, and Adm inistration will attend to receive public comments.
