  Authority Board of Commissioners is being held electronically pursuant t
 o Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and the Continuity of Government
  ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 2020\, to undertake e
 ssential business.  All of the members of the public body and staff are p
 articipating from remote locations through a Zoom meeting. This meeting i
 s being held electronically\, unless a determination is made that it is s
 afe enough to be held in person in the Board Room at 401 Wythe Street\, A
 lexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided in either event.  The
