  actor David Keltz as visionary author Edgar Allen Poe\, recreating one o
 f Poe's 19th-century speaking engagements. This year's program will featu
 re the stories "The Man of the Crowd" and "The Black Cat" as well as the 
 poems "To ______ (I heed not that my earthly lot)\," "Eldorado\," and "Th
 e Raven." \nDavid Keltz gave his first performance as Edgar Allan Poe on 
 Halloween night 1991 at Poe's grave. Delighting all ages\, he commands fi
 ve hours of Poe's poems\, short stories\, essays\, literary criticism\, l
 etters\, and reported conversations.\nIn his travels\, Mr. Keltz has perf
 ormed in Prague\, Czech Republic and he brings Edgar Poe to life througho
 ut the United States for elementary and high schools\, universities\, and
  private organizations\, large and small. Besides traditional theatre set
 tings and bus tours\, performance spaces as diverse as castles\, librarie
 s\, medical theatres\, and private dining rooms provide the backdrop for 
 his personification of the genius we recognize as Edgar Allan Poe. \nMr. 
 Keltz's television credits include "Homicide: Life on the Street\," and f
 or the BBC\, "Hannah USA." Film credits include "E.A. Poe: Visionary" and
  "The Raven" for arte-TV in Germany and France. In 1995 he personified Ed
 gar Allan Poe in TV commercials for the NFL Baltimore Ravens. More recent
 ly\, he portrayed Edgar Allen Poe in the Food Network's "Ace of Cakes" an
 d portrayed himself on Mike Rowe's "Sombody's Gotta Do It."\nDoors open a
 t 7:30 p.m. and the performance runs 8-9:15 p.m.\, each night. Light refr
 eshments will be available with beer and wine for sale before the show.\n
