The puppet show series is de signed especially for the very youngest of audiences\, so toddlers are wel come. \n\nOn Saturday\, October 19\, two shows will be offered 10 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. The Beech Tree Puppets will perform\, "The Giant Turnip." This humorous and whimsical folktale celebrates care for the earth and working together. An old man and his wife who\, after lovingly preparing and tend ing their garden\, grow a vegetable so large they can't pull it up by them selves. Artfully told and sung\, with hand-crafted rod and shadow puppets.
