 ndemic emergency\, the April 7th  meeting of the Supplemental Retirement B
 oard is being held electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2- 3
 708.2(A)(3)\, the Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City C
 ouncil on June 20\, 2020 or Section 4-0.01(g) in HB29 and HB30\, enacted b
 y the 2020 Virginia General Assembly (Virginia Acts of Assembly Ch. 1283 a
 nd 1289)\, to undertake essential business. All of the members of the Boar
 d and staff are participating from remote locations through Zoom. This mee
 ting is being held electronically\, unless a determination is made that it
  is safe enough to be held in person in the City Council Chamber at 301 Ki
 ng Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided in either 
 event. The meeting can be accessed by the public through Zoom. Public comm
 ent will not be received at the meeting. For reasonable disability accommo

 he Supplemental Retirement Plan Pension Board. The Board manages the inves
 tments of the pension plan assets. This plan provides retirement benefits 
 for eligible General Schedule employees\, Deputy Sheriffs\, Medics\, and F
 ire Marshals. During the meeting the Board may review the fund's investmen
 ts and hear from current and potential investment managers. During each me
 eting there may be an education segment. The Board may hear other matters 
 brought to their attention. Some meetings are joint meetings with the Fire
 fighters and Police Officers Pension Plan Board. The event end time is app
