 ial Equity Challenge\," and invites community members to join in. The 30-D
 ay Racial Equity Challenge is an educational tool used to advance deeper u
 nderstanding of the intersections of race\, power\, privilege\, supremacy 
 and oppression. The Challenge invites participants to complete 30 short as
 signments\, over 30 consecutive days\, which include readings\, videos or 
 podcasts. The goal is to increase knowledge and understanding and engage p
 eople as we continue our racial equity journey. One-hour facilitated conve
 rsations are scheduled for four consecutive Wednesdays\, 12 p.m.\, startin
