 creen in front of City Hall. Admission is free. There is some bench seatin
 g around the fountain area\, but suggest you bring chairs as the bench sea
 ting will fill quickly. Arrive early to choose your seating and feel free 
 to bring a picnic supper. You may also purchase dinner at the Rockland Bar
 beque food truck\, or snacks from the refreshments table where popcorn\, c
