The event is weather dependen t. \nThe program features reenactors from the 1st Connecticut Heavy Artill ery\, a Union regiment stationed at Fort Ward during the Civil War. The unit will interpret the duties and soldier life of typical artillerymen as signed to forts in the Washington area.
