 rough a series of fun and easy D.I.Y. projects using everyday items\, we w
 ill investigate the roots of change in our nation's first 250 years. Learn
  lessons from the past with the help of science to create a more sustainab
 le way forward. You can make a better community one project at a time.  \n
  \nEach week is different but will explore the history of nature and our r
 elationship with it through the lens of different plants we eat\; earth\, 
 air\, & water\; and animals we depend on. Each day includes group challeng
 es\, a project that uses items typically found around home\, and fascinati
 ng facts that connect our past to our present through nature. An optional 
 add-on camp kit is available for purchase to extend the fun.\n \nThese ses
 sions complete some of the requirements for the Cadette Girl Scout Trees B
 adge\, Senior Girl Scout Locavore Badge\, and Boys Scouts of America Susta

 t August weather!  Bring a blanket from home to sit on and join us outdoor
 s in the Lloyd House garden.  We will be reading stories about boats & mak
 ing our own mini boats to float\, race\, and take home. \n \nThis program 
 is targeted for our younger audiences (ages 8 & under). Our program is cap
 ped at 10 families\, so purchase in advance!  Please reserve one ticket fo
 r your entire family.\n \nCOVID-19 Safety: Attendees who are not yet vacci
 nated should wear a mask. All attendees are encouraged to wear a mask and 
 maintain 6 feet of physical distance from others not in their household.\n
