In the first session of the cours e\, you will learn how to research and organize the paternal and maternal branches of your family tree. It will also cover preserving and protecting family heirlooms. The second session will focus on each student's family history and a review of each person's family pedigree chart. \n\nChar Mc Cargo Bah is the CEO/Owner of FindingThingsforU\, LLC. A genealogist sinc e 1981\, she is sought after for her expertise\, having been interviewed f or numerous television shows and documentaries\, including those produced for CBS\, FOX-5\, Comcast\, and PBS. She has also received numerous awards for her work and was named a Living Legend in Alexandria\, Virginia in 20 14. McCargo Bah served as the official genealogist for the Office of Histo ric Alexandria's work in identifying descendants of those buried at the ci ty's Contrabands and Freedmen Cemetery.
