 a Black History Museum and the Office of Historic Alexandria as part of th
 eir "Storytime for Young Historians" program that started in 2018 in the W
 atson Reading Room. Ages 5-8.\n\nPlease note that this program will be hel
 d indoors. While children ages 0-5 are now eligible for vaccines\, the lib
 rary is continuing to offer outdoor programming and is slowly phasing in i
 ndoor programming for all ages. Until it is determined to be safe for both
  staff and patrons\, we will not offer maximum occupancy to indoor events.
  Indoor programming in meeting rooms will be phased in starting with 30% o
 f maximum room occupancy for programs for children. Please arrive early to

 nd is a diverse group of DC\, Northern Virginia and Maryland residents who
  meet Saturday mornings for a potluck breakfast. After breakfast is a rehe
 arsal of its repertoire of Celtic tunes. These Saturday meetings are usual
 ly held at a different house each week\, with attendance often exceeding a
  dozen musicians\, though rarely the exact same set two weeks in a row. Mo
 st performances feature 15 or more musicians\, often several fiddles and f
 lutes\, a guitar or two\, a drummer\, a hammered dulcimer\, banjo\, pipes\
 , and at least one vocalist. A child-friendly band\, the group often bring
 s extra percussion instruments to give young audience members a chance to 
 participate. As you can see from the picture\, it sometimes gets a little 
 crowded on stage! The Whiskey Before Breakfast Band is a new Irish instrum
 ental group based in Northern Virginia formed by younger members of the Ir
