 We would like to remind everyone that the next Fort Ward Interpretive Plan
  Committee meeting will be held on Thursday\, January 18 at 7 p.m. at Lloy
 d House. Please let me know if you are unable to attend.\n\nThe consultant
 s from DesignMinds will be presenting preliminary ideas on interpretive th
 emes and how they could potentially be implemented at Fort Ward. Attached 
 is a copy of the material they will be showing. There is little context in
 cluded in the attachment\, but the consultants will provide that at the me
 eting and will answer any questions you might have. The materials presente
 d are only a starting point and many elements of the interpretive approach
 es are flexible and interchangeable. The consultants are eager to receive 
 feedback and suggestions after the presentation. Once again they will be i
