 s conceert features Americana music by Leigh Beamer. Born and raised in Wy
 theville\, Virginia\, Leigh is one of the leading young vocalists in South
 west Virginia and a skilled interpreter of the old-time music of Appalachi
 a. As a teenager\, Leigh was introduced to Appalachian music by local musi
 cian\, Sam Gleaves\, and over the years took up playing the clawhammer ban
 jo and the fiddle. Currently\, Leigh is a senior at the University of Mary
  Washington in Fredericksburg\, Virginia\, where she longs to get back to
