 d meetings every Wednesday and convene immediately into Executive Session 
 to discuss Legal\, Real Estate and\, Personnel issues. The meetings will b
 egin at 8:00 am and it will be a virtual event only.\n\n \nDue to the COVI
 D-19 Pandemic emergency\, the September 2022 Special Board meetings of the
  Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is 
 being held electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(
 3) and the Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council 
 on June 20\, 2020\, to undertake essential business.  All of the members o
 f the public body and staff are participating from remote locations throug
 h a Zoom meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a det
 ermination is made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Boar
 d Room at 401 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be pr
