 l begin at 7:00 pm and it will be a virtual event only.\n\nDue to the COVI
 D-19 Pandemic emergency\, the January 2022\, meeting of the Alexandria Red
 evelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is being held elec
 tronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and the Cont
 inuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 20\, 20
 20\, to undertake essential business.  All of the members of the public bo
 dy and staff are participating from remote locations through a Zoom meetin
 g. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determination is m
 ade that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room at 401 W
 ythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided in eithe
 r event.  The meeting can be accessed by the public through zoom (link bel
