 d meetings every Wednesday and convene immediately into Executive Session 
 to discuss Legal\, Real Estate and\, Personnel issues. The meetings will b
 egin at 8:00 am and it will be a virtual event only.\n\n \nDue to the COVI
 D-19 Pandemic emergency\, the May 2022 Special Board meetings of the Alexa
 ndria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is being 
 held electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) and
  the Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on Jun
 e 20\, 2020\, to undertake essential business.  All of the members of the 
 public body and staff are participating from remote locations through a Zo
 om meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determina
 tion is made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Room
  at 401 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provided
