 egin at 8:00 am and it will be a virtual event only.\n\n \nDue to the COVI
 D-19 Pandemic emergency\, the March 2022 Special Board meetings of the Ale
 xandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is bein
 g held electronically pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3) a
 nd the Continuity of Government ordinance adopted by the City Council on J
 une 20\, 2020\, to undertake essential business.  All of the members of th
 e public body and staff are participating from remote locations through a 
 Zoom meeting. This meeting is being held electronically\, unless a determi
 nation is made that it is safe enough to be held in person in the Board Ro
 om at 401 Wythe Street\, Alexandria\, VA. Electronic access will be provid
