  award Winning Poet\, Author\, & Publisher\, Jakarta designed the workshop

  and receive an invitation to attend on ZOOM. \n\nJakarta is an award-winn
 ing performance poet who has toured the United States and the United Kingd
 om. She has founded\, facilitated\, or hosted 15 live poetry events\, rang
 ing from "open mics" and award ceremonies to conferences and workshops. Wi
 th more than 26 years of writing experience and nearly two decades on the 
 poetry scene\, Jakarta has opened for vocalists Jill Scott\, Raheem DaVaug
 hn\, and Lyfe Jennings. She has authored three works of fiction\, two poet
 ry collections\, a poetry CD\, and a memoir.\n\nThis program is part of th
