The Patrick Henry Recreation Center offers indoor running/walking lanes; a flex court with full size basketball, volleyball and Pickle Ball courts; multipurpose, arts and crafts, fitness and soft play rooms.
Event Details:The Beauregard Design Advisory Committee (BDAC) will hold a meeting on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Patrick Henry Recreation Center, 4653 Taney Avenue. The agenda includes design review and discussion of a proposed multi-family project on a portion of the Hilton site at 5000 Seminary Road, approval of previous meeting notes, and any staff updates on approved projects under construction.
The purpose of the Beauregard Design Advisory Committee is to review applications for preliminary development plan special use permit approval within the Beauregard Small Area Plan for compliance with respective urban design guidelines or standards and make recommendations on such applications to the Planning Commission and City Council through the Director of Planning and Zoning.
